Tuesday, March 22, 2005 ::: I don't get it you wanna get connected? welcome to the party. get whatever you want take it in bring it out real gruesome, i know. but that's what people do. exhibitionist freaks. 50 cent's candy shop is officially the most explicit and tasteless song ever. Just like porn - but only without the graphical and audio stimulation... who would want that? but heck, it's getting serious airplay. And oh some female singer is actually willing to lend her voice to a song like that. premonition. The Killers - Somebody Told Me somebody told me that you got a boyfriend who looks like a girlfriend freakin' cool. eyeing on iPod shuffle finally got to play with the real thing today... not really impressed. it sure looks better on the enlarged promos than the real thing since it's too slim. it sure looks like a plastic toy (but heck it sure is plastic) but it's so light and compact with a pretty attractive price tag reasonable playback time reasonable storage I think this is finally what I want - a compact mp3 player from Apple that's not over-priced. only downside is it has got no screen. but maybe this won't be much needed anyway. Apple's really got a way of selling things though... considering that the original idea of using 'shuffle' as a selling point is just dumb. I wonder if anyone could name an mp3 player (or in fact any kind of music walkman kind of players) that can't play songs in shuffle mode... but still they've got a way with words to make the product looks hip, such as: "Ramdom is the New Order: The trail you run every day looks different with an iPod shuffle. Daily gridlock feels less mundane when you don't know what song will play next. Like Party Shuffle to go, iPod shuffle adds musical spontaneity to your life. Lose control. Love it."
